Messaging terms

When you sign up for our text messages, we send you a message to confirm it.

By signing up, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Augusto Wine & Dine at the mobile number you gave us.

How often we send messages varies. We may change how often we send them, and the number or sender name they come from.

Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have a question about your plan, ask your mobile provider.

You do not have to agree to marketing messages to book a table or to buy anything from us.

Mobile providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Every message tells you how to unsubscribe, either by replying STOP or through a link. After you unsubscribe, we send one message to confirm it and then no more. If you want the messages again, sign up as you did the first time.

Before you change your mobile number or pass it to someone else, please reply STOP from that number, unsubscribe with the link in our messages, or tell us the old number at info@augustowinedine.com, so the next owner of the number does not receive our messages.

How we use your data is explained in our privacy policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

We may change or end the messaging programme, and we may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. You can unsubscribe at any time if you do not agree with a change.
