Who are we
We are a kitchen that respects the origins of Italian cooking. The chef trained at Alma, the academy founded by Gualtiero Marchesi, refined his technique in Milan and spent years in five-star kitchens in Milan and Bruges. Behind every plate is a conversation, and a moment worth sharing.

- Are you open on Sunday?
- Yes. On Sunday we serve lunch (12:00 – 14:00) and dinner (18:30 – 22:00). We are closed on Mondays.
- Do you serve lunch?
- Lunch is served on Saturday to Sunday, 12:00 – 14:00. Dinner Tuesday to Sunday, 18:30 – 22:00.
- Where exactly are you?
- Hoogstraat 21-23, in the historic centre of Bruges, a few steps from the Burg and the Markt.
- Do you take groups?
- The room seats up to 50 guests. Tables above ten guests are arranged by hand: see Groups & private dining, or write to info@augustowinedine.com.
- Is there a set menu on Saturday evening?
- Yes. Saturday evenings are served as the Formule Sabato Sera set menus: Tradizione, Passione and Esperienza. You choose at the table.
- Can you cook for allergies or vegetarians?
- Tell us when you book. Every dish is made by hand and most can be adapted; the Christmas Eve menu has a vegetarian main.

- The dishes keep their Italian names; every description is written in English, Dutch and French.
