We are a kitchen that respects the origins of Italian cooking. The chef trained at Alma, the academy founded by Gualtiero Marchesi, refined his technique in Milan and spent years in five-star kitchens in Milan and Bruges. Behind every plate is a conversation, and a moment worth sharing.
